Just the tip nails

A £5 non refundable booking fee is required to secure your booking. This will come off the final bill after you have received your treatment. When booking an appointment with me please make me aware of any products that you may already have on your nails if this has been done by another nail tech, we may need to firstly remove this from your nails in case it causes a chemical reaction. A FIRST TIME NO SHOW- A 50% non-refundable booking fee is required to schedule your next appointment. SECOND TIME NO SHOW- A full payment for your service will be required to schedule your next appointment. I reserve the right to refuse services to anyone that abuses this system. Anyone under the age of 16 will need to inform me of this before booking an appointment. Please arrive to your appointment on time. Please arrive to your appointment with clean hands and nails. I have a strict 48 hour cancellation policy in order to accommodate the high demand of appointments. Booking fees are transferable with in the 48 hours before your appointment. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will lose their booking fee. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late for their appointment are at rick of losing your appointment and having to pay the 50% of the service they were booked in for. AFTERCARE. In the event that you lose a nail/ gel within the first 72 hrs after your appointment through no fault of your own I will offer a free repair. After after this time there will be a charge of £4.50 for any type of repair. I will go through nail aftercare with you at the end of your appointment to best care for your new nails and to help keep your natural nails in the best possible health. I you have any signs or concerns of a reaction to the products please contact me straight away so we can take the right course of action as soon as possible. Due to my Insurance policy, lack of space and hazardous materials, unfortunately I can not allow children and visitors in the technician’s space unless otherwise agreed.
