I am going to have to cancel this evening’s clinic & Tuesday’s. I am so sorry, especially to those of you I already cancelled & moved on Sunday.

This is literally my worst nightmare because I hate letting people down, especially when I’ve already had to move appointments around.

Chris was unwell over the weekend and, after being a dedicated wife and looking after him, he has now kindly passed it on to me! 🙃

I obviously can’t work like this, but I also can’t risk passing it on to you or your loved ones. I’m going to have to open up some additional clinic time as I’ve already had to move several clients around.

I will get in contact with you all individually today to rearrange your appointments. I’m really sorry for the disruption and appreciate your patience with me. x

I’m really sorry if you’ve contacted me on my work phone and haven’t received a reply.

Long story short… it has currently been abandoned at the campsite, along with the rest of our belongings 🫣

Ada has viral urticaria secondary to a chest infection. We initially thought she was having an allergic reaction to her antibiotics, so we’ve spent the evening in A&E. Thankfully, we’re home now and very relieved that she’s okay.

I’ll be heading back tomorrow morning to retrieve our belongings — including the work phone 🫣

When should you start your pre-wedding treatments? 🤍

For this bride, we started 6 months before her wedding day, beginning with a full consultation and a treatment plan focused on subtle enhancements and improving skin quality.

Her pre-wedding treatments included anti-wrinkle treatment, subtle cheek filler and chemical peels, all carefully planned and timed to achieve the best results while ensuring she was fully healed and settled well before her wedding day.

The aim was never to change her features, but to subtly enhance them, improve her skin quality and showcase the natural beauty that was already there.

Starting early gave us plenty of time to work gradually, review her results and avoid last-minute treatments before such an important day.

How have you been spending your Bank Holiday weekend? 🤍

We didn’t manage to get away because of the weather, but I’ve definitely still treated it as a break.

Lots of lie-ins, lattes & fishing, and I’m off wild swimming today. My spider plant has also had babies, so apparently potting those is on today’s agenda too 😂🌱

I’ve even managed a scalp treatment on myself, new carpet for the front room and somehow persuaded Chris to fit it before we’re all back to work!

My skin definitely shows the signs when I’m stressed, not sleeping enough or my diet isn’t great. I’m only human too. We can invest in good skincare and treatments, but taking time to rest, reset and look after ourselves matters too.

So I’m making the most of the last bit of the Bank Holiday before it’s back to reality 🤍
