After the challenges of last year, I’ve been focusing on rebuilding good habits—starting with hydration. Drinking plenty of water to increase my daily intake (Kangen - the ultimate form of hydration), getting back into my AM & PM skincare routine and it is beginning to benefit my skin (and my mindset).

As I now navigate grief, the small consistent changes are making a difference. My skin is thanking me for it and it feels good to start taking care of myself again.

It has been the most difficult year for me. I spent the last year caring for my incredible 10 year old son while he faced a courageous battle against leukaemia. Tragically, he passed away at the end of last year, leaving a heartbreak that no words can describe.
