Hi everyone,
A quick reminder from our salon 💕
At the moment, it’s just me and Tom providing manicure services, so we are extremely busy every day. To avoid disappointment, we kindly recommend booking your appointments at least one week in advance whenever possible.
You are welcome to book, reschedule, or cancel your appointments online at any time. Cancellations are free up to 24 hours before your appointment.
Please note that if you email us at [email protected] or send us a message via Instagram or Facebook, I will see your request straight away and can deal with it much more efficiently.
Unfortunately, if you call the salon, I am often unable to answer the phone. I manage all bookings, respond to enquiries, and work with clients throughout the day, so I cannot always step away from treatments to take calls.
Late cancellations (within 12 hours) and missed appointments will be charged 100% of the service cost. This policy is in place because last-minute cancellations leave us with appointment times that are often impossible to fill.
We kindly ask that if you cannot attend your appointment, please let us know at least one day in advance. Clients who fail to attend appointments without notice may be unable to book future appointments.

By booking an appointment with us, you are agreeing to our salon policies, including our cancellation and no-show policy.
Our policies are clearly displayed in the salon, on our social media pages, Google listing, and Fresha booking system. For this reason, we are unable to accept “I didn’t know” as an exception to our policy.
We kindly ask all clients to read and familiarise themselves with our policies before booking. These policies help us manage our time fairly and allow us to continue providing the best possible service to all clients.

Dear Clients,
We would like to kindly remind everyone about our pricing policy. This notice has been displayed in our salon since before Christmas 2025, but we understand that some clients may have missed it, so we wanted to explain it here as well.
Our salon is a small business, and at the moment it is just myself and Tom providing manicure services. We have been very short-staffed this year, which means our time is extremely valuable and carefully allocated for each appointment.
We occasionally receive questions about additional charges, such as:
• “Why is French manicure an extra charge? It’s only a small line.”
• “Why does this colour cost more than another?”
• “Why am I charged for one nail extension?”
• “Why is there a charge for changing the nail shape?”
• “Can you add a little nail art for free?”
While some of these services may seem small, they often require extra time, skill, precision, and materials. For example, adding a French tip, changing a nail shape, repairing or extending a nail, or creating nail art can easily add 10 minutes or more to an appointment.
As a small salon, our pricing reflects not only the products used but also the additional time and expertise required. To ensure we can stay on schedule and continue providing quality services to all clients, any extra work requested will be charged accordingly.
We always do our best to discuss pricing before starting your appointment. However, on busy days, we may occasionally forget to confirm the final price for additional services. Please feel free to ask us at any time if you would like a price estimate before we begin.
We also kindly ask clients to be sure of their colour, design, and service choices before products are applied and cured under the lamp. Any changes requested after work has begun or after the product has been cured will incur an additional charge, as extra time, products, and work are required to make those changes.
We truly appreciate your understanding and support. Your loyalty means a lot to us, and we are grateful to everyone who chooses to visit our salon.

❗️Cancellation Policy – Please Read ❗️
We understand that things can come up unexpectedly. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as soon as possible.
🔸 Cancellations are free up to 24 hours in advance
🔸 Cancellations or changes within 24 hours will incur a 50% of the service price , within 12 hours 100% of the service price
🔸 No-shows will be charged 100% of the service price and will no longer be able to book future appointments with us.
❗️If you book more than one service but choose to have only one on the day: both services will still be charged in full. Please understand that both slots were booked and reserved especially for you, so when you arrive and decide not to have one of the services anymore, unfortunately we lose that appointment slot and cannot offer it to someone else at short notice.
We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation so we can manage our schedule fairly and avoid disruptions. Thank you for your support 💕
