✅ DO (Before Your Tan)
• Exfoliate 24 hours before – focus on dry areas (elbows, knees, ankles)
• Shave or wax at least 24 hours before
• Moisturise lightly the night before (not on the day)
• Wear loose, dark clothing to your appointment
• Remove all makeup, deodorant, perfume & lotions

🚫 DON’T (Before Your Tan)
• Don’t moisturise, use oils, or deodorant on the day
• Don’t wear tight clothes or a bra after your tan
• Don’t get your nails done right before (can stain)

✅ DO (After Your Tan)
• Wait 6–8 hours (or as advised) before showering
• Rinse with lukewarm water only (no soap first rinse)
• Pat dry, don’t rub
• Moisturise daily to keep your tan even and lasting
• Drink plenty of water (helps skin health)

🚫 DON’T (After Your Tan)
• Don’t get wet, sweat, or exercise before first rinse
• Don’t use harsh soaps, scrubs, or exfoliate too soon
• Don’t shave straight after (wait at least 24 hours)
• Don’t wear tight clothes while developing
