Good skin doesn’t need a complicated 15-step routine. 👏🏼
As a skin therapist with over 20 years in the industry, one thing I will always preach is CONSISTENCY over complexity.
My morning skincare routine takes just 5–8 minutes, and it’s a little bit of time I give myself every single morning.
One thing I never skip? My 60-second facial massage!
A little daily lymphatic drainage and facial sculpting can help reduce morning puffiness, encourage fluid movement and leave your face looking fresher and more awake. And it costs absolutely nothing extra!
Then it’s six minutes under my LED mask while I get a few jobs done, followed by my favourite Medik8 products.
