Please arrive on time for your appointment. CASH ONLY.
Upon arrival, drop me a message to let me know you have arrived. If you are more than 15 minutes late, unfortunately, your appointment will need to be re-arranged for another convenient date/time. Before a confirmed booking, please let me know of any allergies or skin/health conditions that relate to hands, feet or nails. Please come alone to your appointment as a waiting room is unavailable. I know this is sometimes hard with childcare, if this is the case, please let me know at your earliest convenience so we can re-arrange.
Please allow 9-14 WORKING days for your deposit to land back in your bank that you paid with. Refunds were processed at the same time I announced to close up for a while. This was Sunday 7th January 2024. With that being a Sunday, 9-14 working days from then is between 18th-24th Jan. This is also on Squares website if anybody would like to read the refund process(square is the system used to take and refund deposits).
Please allow until end of day on 25th to receive deposits back, and if anybody doesn’t have it by then, let me know so I can chase it.
Alternatively, if anybody needs their deposit asap, message me and I will transfer you personally from my bank, and then when your deposit does land from the payment system, you can transfer me back ☺️

I hope you all had the best Christmas & New Year, here’s to 2024🥂
Unfortunately, due to bad news/personal circumstances, I will no longer be doing nails, I am having a break from this at the moment and will return to doing what I love in the future.
Any appointments that have been booked have been cancelled and refunded, please allow 5-7 working days for the refund to land in your bank that you paid for the deposit with.
Regarding your nails, there are builder gel nail technicians local to golborne that are brilliant at what they do and I’m sure would be more than happy to take you ladies on. You will find their pages through Facebook and or on the golborne/lowton page on Facebook.
I am so grateful for all of my clients old and current, for the support and trusting me with your nails and appreciate all of you massively!
