Due to me moving my working hours around im now able to take on new clients for nails.
I currently offer
•sculptured acrylic
•BIAB (the original builder gel)
•Gel polish
•manicure

All my services include the Russian manicure technique for the perfect prep and nails that last 💋

A day’s notice isn’t notice at all, I require a minimum of 48 hours, and even that can be challenging.
As a self-employed nail tech I plan my weekly income in advance, and sudden changes can have a big impact.

Many people don’t realise that when I don’t work, I don’t get paid. That’s why cancellation and no-show fees exist.

Clients can sometimes feel frustrated when they’re asked to pay for a missed appointment, but here’s the reality: Imagine going to your job and being told your wages are £40 less today because you had to leave early. You wouldn’t accept that. Now imagine it happening several times a month, it adds up quickly and affects your ability to pay your bills.

This is exactly why i charge a cancellation fee. I understand that life happens, you might forget (even with reminders), become unwell, or something unexpected may come up. But when you don’t attend your appointment, i am still ready, prepped, and unable to fill that space.

As much as id love not to charge anyone, i have to protect myself both financially and mentally.

If a cancellation fee isn’t paid, I can’t book another appointment until it’s settled. It’s not personal, it’s simply necessary.

To those who understand this and even offer to pay before we ask, I appreciate you more than you know. 🤍
