Our gorgeous client has been consistent with her skincare appointments every 4–6 weeks for over 12 months, focusing mainly on our combination facials.

Her treatments have included medium-strength peels, advanced microneedling, targeted serums and LED therapy, adapting the approach as her skin progressed.

This photo was taken fresh after her latest treatment, so you can see some post-treatment erythema and glow — but just look at the overall condition of her skin. Smooth, clear, hydrated and healthy.

Everyone’s starting point is different, as is our approach, but the key here is consistency.

Our trusted skincare brand Kaeso Beauty is currently going through a bit of an overhaul — and it’s not just the branding that’s getting a makeover.

The ranges and formulations are being refreshed too, with updated ingredients and some lovely new additions.

First up is the brand new Pro-Col Face Care range.

Designed for skin showing signs of ageing, the range focuses on supporting smoother, firmer-looking and more nourished skin, with ingredients including vegan collagen and other targeted skincare actives.

We’ll be gradually transitioning the Kaeso products we use in clinic over to the new ranges as our existing stock is used, so you may start to notice some new-look products making their way into your treatments.

And this is just the beginning...

Yesterday, we shared a post about how aesthetics has become so closely associated with younger faces — when, traditionally, many treatments were embraced by people simply wanting to look and feel their best as they aged.

And today, that conversation feels especially poignant.

Dolly Parton was never shy about her love of beauty, glamour or aesthetic treatments. She spoke about them with the same warmth, humour and honesty that made her so loved — never pretending to be anything other than exactly who she was.

Her attitude was refreshingly simple: if something made her feel good, she owned it.

So today, we’re remembering Dolly not only for the extraordinary music, wit and generosity she gave the world, but also for the confidence she had to age entirely on her own terms.

A true original, in every sense.

Yesterday a client said to us, “Oh, I’m too old for aesthetic treatments.”

And it really made us think — when did aesthetics become something we associate mainly with the young?

Social media changed the reference point.

Younger faces. Bigger changes. More obvious results.

But aesthetics didn’t start there.

Traditionally, treatments were often about supporting a more mature face as it changed with age — softening, restoring and refining, not changing someone into somebody else.

Maybe you’re not too old for aesthetics.
