Appointments before and after my holiday always fill up very quickly, so I'll be fully booked and may not be able to fit you in at short notice.

Today I had another no-show with no notice, and honestly, it's tough. It's not just lost time, it's lost income. I still have rent, products, and a schedule built around every single booking.
I work hard to keep my prices as fair and accessible as I can, and that's exactly why protecting my time matters so much.
From now on, I will be taking a £30 deposit for colour appointments. It's not personal at all, just a small way to keep things fair on both sides.
My long-term clients don't need to worry, we already have that trust between us and nothing changes. For newer clients or those I haven't seen as often, I hope you understand why this step is needed for now.

My client wanted to remove the warm tones and create a more natural, cooler look without going too dark.
We neutralised the warm brassiness, refreshed the tone and added soft highlights to create depth and movement.
