Your well-being and appointments are important to me. I understand that sometimes unexpected delays can occur attending scheduled appointments. If you need to cancel your appointment, i respectfully request at least 24 hours notice.

POLICY

Any cancellation or rescheduling that are made less than 24 hours will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equeal to 50% of the reserved services.

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, i may not be able to accomodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. I will do my very best to reschedule your service to another time that is convenient to you.

In the event of a no show 100% of the service will need to be paid prior to rebooking a future service.

I hope you understand cancellation fee's are there to protect my business, not because i'm being harsh.
