As many of you have heard this July I’ll be completing Ironman Swansea in aid of a charity very close to my heart. SDS UK provides support for families like ours that have a loved one diagnosed with this very rare condition. There are just 100 people in the UK with SDS, so every penny that is raised is worth the world to all families impacted by the condition.

In aid of my fundraising and rare disease day this Saturday the girls have helped gift prizes for the ultimate raffle!
