I am sharing this post to make fellow professionals aware of an incident that happened in our salon Your Hair studio two days ago.
I was present when this situation happened, and for the first time in my entire career as a hairdresser, I witnessed something I never expected to see.
A client walked into our salon without an appointment and requested a colour service. During the process, while she still had foils in her hair, she said she needed to go outside to move her car. She left the salon and never returned.
Payment for the service that had already been provided was not made.
The whole situation was captured on our salon CCTV, and we have kept the original recording.
We do not have any contact details for these clients, so we are sharing this information to warn other salon professionals and help prevent anyone else from experiencing the same situation.
