Your hair might not need washing. It might need leaving alone.
I know. Scandalous!

When it’s hot, sweaty, sticky, humid, or you’ve had your hair up all day, it’s easy to think, “Right, wash it again.”
But over-washing can make hair feel drier, fluffier, and more annoyed with life.

Try this instead:
• rinse if it just needs freshening
• shampoo the scalp, not the ends like you’re scrubbing a saucepan
• condition mid-lengths and ends
