I cannot sing about LED light therapy enough. The transformation in my own skin which I didn’t even think could change that much has been amazing.
I’ve zoomed in on these unfiltered photos that have been taken almost a year apart on the same front facing camera in the same spot in my house (behind my front door has the most natural light 😉)
-The redness in my skin has improved.
-The texture of my skin has improved.
-The appearance of my pores has improved.
-The amount of blemishes I get have reduced.
-The appearance of fine lines around my eyes has improved.
-The reduction in pigmentation along my forehead has improved.

For clarity I have had 1 microneedling session between these photos, tattoo removal on my once very dark eyebrows & some Botox on my forehead. The microneedling would have given a helping hand in the fine lines around my eyes but the redness & pigmentation is all LED!

I honestly feel like I have the best skin of my life at the moment and for somebody that has always struggled it really does make a big difference in the way I feel.
I also need to add that even though I have access to this machine 24/7 I haven’t been on this more than twice a month for the last 10 months if I could have a guess-easier said than done carving out that time for yourself.
If you have an LED mask at home then being consistent with it will get you results over time & a session on the here would only boost those results!
It is the perfect treatment at any time of year as there is no down time and can be used to aid healing from any aesthetic treatments. It does have to be said though in these darker months it’s also amazing for boosting mood & for anybody that suffers with seasonal affective disorder.
