This took a lot of courage to share — I’ve never posted a picture like this before and never made a big deal about it. But losing hair as a man can really take a toll, but exactly one year ago today I decided to take the plunge and go for a hair transplant. Looking back, it’s honestly one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

I really followed the aftercare advice and had PRP sessions to stimulate hair growth — this is a vital part of the process, as PRP helps to stimulate and encourage new growth.

This is something i offer to my clients in clinic, and I want to reach out to anyone experiencing thinning hair or considering a transplant or PRP.
