Welcome to The Little Beauty Room, based in Ropsley, offering a range of treatments, Gel and Acrylic Nails, UV Polish, Lash Lift, lash and brow tinting, waxing, manicures & pedicures, luxury pedicures, massage, facials, Hopi Candling. If you cancel your appointment with 24 hours notice, you will not be charged. I appreciate that sometimes emergencies happen. First-time no-shows and late cancellations will not be charged a fee. After that, you will be charged a 100% fee for appointments missed or cancelled without a 24-hour warning. This helps me ensure that clients on the waiting list can make an appointment, and allows me to continue offering the highest levels of treatments. Without a 24-hour warning I’m unable to fill that time slot at short notice. I hope you can appreciate this is my living and I still have expenses to cover such as insurances, heating, electricity and material costs etc which have a detrimental effect with no shows and late cancellations.
