🤍 Hi, I’m Hayley, The owner of The Forum Hair & Beauty, Grantham 🤍

A little bit about me :

13 years in the industry, 5 years running my own salon and what a journey it’s been. I started as a mobile hairdresser, moved to working from home, and now I’ve built a salon and team I’m incredibly proud of.

Hair has always been in me, from being a little girl playing with anyone’s hair I could, to now specialising in extensions and creating transformations every single day.

I absolutely love what I do. The laughs, the chats, the friendships, the confidence it gives people… and that feeling when a client sees their hair and lights up … that will never get old.

5 years ago, my dad handed me the keys to this space, and if I’m honest, I didn’t fully know if I could do it. But with hard work, consistency, and the most amazing team around me, we’ve built something really special.

I truly wouldn’t be where I am today without the support of my husband, my children, my family, my friends, and my work family. My team are incredible, and I’m so grateful to have them by my side 🤍

The Forum isn’t your typical salon … it’s relaxed, welcoming, a little bit quirky. We’re family friendly, dog friendly, with free parking, endless teas & coffees, and a team that will always make you feel at ease (and probably make you laugh too).

Outside of work, you’ll find me with my family & friends, out on dog walks, travelling, shopping, in the gym … or with a Starbucks in hand 🤍

Using SWAY Nano Hair Extensions, we added 75g to gently thicken and enhance this beautiful client’s natural hair 🤍

We started with a full removal, followed by a subtle toner to refresh the colour, and finished with a full refit using brand new hair - the perfect way to bring everything back to life.

Not every transformation is about extreme length… sometimes it’s about subtle fullness, soft movement, and that effortless finish that just elevates everything. And this is exactly that.

We also used one of the new highlighted shades from SWAY, and we are absolutely loving the results — the dimension, the blend, the tone… just beautiful.

Lightweight, discreet, and completely natural-looking, nanos are perfect for adding that little extra without it feeling “too much.”

This was a complete refresh … full removal of previous extensions, partial highlights to lift and brighten, followed by a seamless refit to bring everything back to life. Finished with soft, bouncy curls for that effortless, glossy blonde finish… and honestly, what a result.

Sometimes it’s more than just hair. It’s about rebuilding confidence, feeling like yourself again, and stepping into a new chapter. It was such a pleasure to do this for such a special lady 🤍
