Balayage vs Full Head Of Foils

A balayage and a full head of foils can sometimes look similar, but the technique, maintenance, and final result are quite different.

Balayage
Balayage is a hand-painted lightening technique where colour is swept onto the hair to create a softer, more natural blend. Creates a “lived-in” look so much lower maintenance and grows out without any regrowth lines. Think more sun-kissed vibes ☀️

Maintenance:
Usually every 3–6 months depending on how bright you like it. Toners may still need refreshing in between.

Full Head of Foils
A full head of foils involves sectioning the hair and placing highlights throughout the entire head using foils. This gives a more even, brighter result from roots to ends. Much more coverage with technique with the end result being more uniform and “cleaner”. This service is for clients who want maximum blonde results without going for a scalp bleach ⭐️

Maintenance:
Usually every 6–12 weeks because regrowth is more noticeable.

A lot of my clients already know this, but I like to combine these two techniques together to create the perfect tailored hair just for them.
