Apply cuticle oil daily, especially before bed. Massage it gently into your nails and cuticles.

🧤 PROTECT YOUR HANDS

Wear gloves when cleaning, washing dishes or using household chemicals. Avoid prolonged contact with water where possible.

🚫 DON’T USE YOUR NAILS AS TOOLS

Avoid using your nails to open, scrape or pick at things. This can cause unnecessary stress or damage to the natural nail.

✂️ LOOK AFTER YOUR NAIL LENGTH

Keep your nails at a comfortable length and gently file any rough edges with a fine nail file.
