Hi, I’m Claire, I'm a qualified Level 4 Sports Massage Therapist, based in Grantham, Lincs. I offer a range of restorative massage treatments, including deep tissue and sports massage therapy for everyone.... that's right, a sports massage isn't just for sports people! Offering both physical and psychological benefits, these treatments can relieve years of misalignment, impact or repetitive strain, muscle pain and stiffness, and promote injury recovery, leading to a more active, pain-free lifestyle. After many years of playing hockey along with road and trail running events (and sustaining a few injuries on the way), I now enjoy walking, strength and conditioning, weight-training and CrossFit-inspired cardio sessions, which have enabled me to learn more about muscle anatomy and the importance of flexibility as we get older.
