🚫 IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT: WHY WE HAVE PERMANENTLY STOPPED DIPPING POWDER SERVICES 🚫

We’ve had many questions recently about why Five Star Nails no longer offers Dipping Powder. We want to be 100% transparent with our lovely clients: this is a professional decision based on HEALTH & SAFETY.

In recent years, numerous studies have highlighted the serious long-term risks associated with Dipping Powder, and we can no longer ignore them:

❌ SEVERE RESPIRATORY RISKS: Research shows that the dust from Dipping Powder is extremely fine and toxic. Our nail technicians breathe in this harmful dust all day, every day, which leads to serious chronic lung and respiratory issues. We refuse to put our team’s health at risk any longer for a "quick fix" service. 💨💨

❌ HYGIENE CONCERNS: Modern sanitary standards have evolved. Dipping multiple clients' fingers into the same pot of powder is NOT hygienic. It is a major risk for spreading bacteria and nail infections between customers. 🦠

❌ HARSH CHEMICALS: The adhesives used in dipping contain strong fumes and chemicals that leave your natural nails brittle, thin, and suffocated. 🥀

OUR FINAL DECISION:
To protect the wellbeing of both our clients and our dedicated staff, we have decided to PERMANENTLY STOP all Dipping Powder services.

Beauty should never come at the cost of someone’s health. We kindly ask that you do not request this service anymore. We are committed to providing a cleaner, safer, and more professional environment for everyone! x
