A little personal update from me… ❤️

From the 1st November 2026. I am taking the leap to leave my job of 10 years to make Liss Sport my full-time business, whilst also continuing with my role at Sleaford Town FC.

I’m not going to lie, it’s a pretty scary decision. There’s definitely been a lot of *“am I really doing this?”* moments, but alongside the nerves, I’m also really excited to see where I can take it.

Starting a business and getting to the point where I can make this my full-time job is something I’m really proud of. It’s taken a lot of hard work, long days and plenty of learning along the way, and I’m so grateful to everyone who has booked in, recommended me, supported me or simply followed along.

The biggest change is that I will be able to offer **more appointments and greater flexibility**, which I’m really looking forward to.

So, if you’ve been putting off booking in for treatment, or you’ve got an ongoing ni**le that you’d like some help with, I’ve now got more space in my diary.

Thank you to each and everyone one of you who has believed in me and helped me turn my dream into a reality ❤️
