📌 Bank Transfers: If paying via Bank Transfer, please kindly allow us a few seconds to confirm the funds in our account before leaving. UK transfers are usually instant. For international apps, we kindly ask for card or cash payment instead.
📌 Friendly Note for Last Saturday (12th Sept):
We’d like to gently reach out to two lovely ladies who visited us at 9:30 AM last Saturday for Gel manicures (£50 total) and paid via Wise international transfer.
According to our 24/7 CCTV system, they spent time with us at 9:30 AM, and the second lady took a loyalty card to pass on to her family in Grantham. Unfortunately, the payment still hasn't cleared due to a technical glitch or pending transfer.
Since we have clear footage of the visit, we hope their family or anyone who knows them can kindly help get in touch with us to double-check the transaction.
