Sometimes we all need time to reconnect with ourselves, let go of what we’ve been carrying and bring a little more calm and clarity into our lives. 🤍

That’s why my Deep Relaxation & Reset is the treatment I’m proudest of. I haven’t found anything quite like it.

Rather than offering just one therapy, I’ve brought several together to create a full 90 minutes where you can properly switch off.

You’ll be lying on a warm, heated bed, tucked under a weighted blanket, with calming binaural beats playing softly. There’s nothing for you to do but relax.

Reiki flows throughout the session, while I choose crystals and aromatherapy oils intuitively to suit you on the day.

We begin with a guided meditation to cleanse and realign the chakras, followed by a relaxing face and scalp massage, with elements of Indian head massage.

Then comes around 30 minutes of reflexology, before you turn over for a slow, flowing massage of your back and the backs of your legs.

We finish with a short meditation, bringing you gently back before you leave.

One of my clients described it as a “first class treatment” — and that’s exactly what I want it to feel like. ✨

As we head into autumn, I thought it would be lovely to offer something that gives you an actual hour to pause, switch off and take some time for yourself.

The Holistic Rebalance Experience brings together two of my favourite relaxing treatments — reflexology and Reiki — into one 60-minute treatment.

🌿 Reflexology is a relaxing treatment working on specific pressure points on the feet. It’s a lovely way to unwind, release tension and give yourself some proper time to switch off.

✨ Reiki is a gentle, energy-based treatment where you stay fully clothed while I work with light touch or just above the body. Many people find it deeply relaxing and enjoy the feeling of having a quieter mind and some time away from the usual busyness.

Together, they create a full hour of relaxation, grounding and time to simply stop for a while.

And for October, I’ve put the two together as one special experience for just £50.

Usually, booking both treatments separately would be £60, so you’re getting the full 60-minute experience for £50.

I thought I’d explain a little more about my Deep Relaxation & Reset, as this is my signature treatment and honestly, everyone who has tried it absolutely loves it. 🤍

It’s a little different to a standard massage. The whole 90 minutes is designed to flow from one deeply relaxing technique into the next, giving you time to properly slow down, switch off and just be looked after.

You’ll be lying on a lovely warm heated bed, tucked underneath a weighted blanket, with calming binaural beats playing in the background. I’ll also choose essential oils specifically for your treatment, along with crystals chosen to encourage feelings of positivity and peace.

We begin with guided meditation combined with Reiki, focusing on cleansing and clearing away negativity and bringing a sense of balance to the mind and body.

This is followed by a soothing face and scalp massage, a little like Indian head massage, which is especially lovely for relieving the stress and tension we can hold around the shoulders, neck, face, jaw and scalp.

We then move into foot reflexology, which works beautifully within this treatment because it gives the body another opportunity to slow down and relax, while keeping that feeling of calm and stillness flowing through the session.

Then you’ll turn over for gentle, flowing massage over the back and backs of the legs.

We finish with another short guided meditation to gently bring you back around before you leave.

It really is a fully immersive treatment that helps to relax the body and ease the mind. 🤍
