I've been to Orthopedics today and have been upgraded to a splint 🙌 As you can see Storm photo bombed me 🤣🐾.

I've been putting this post off for as long as possible 😬

On 5th June I fell over and put my arm out to stop my fall. I've always known I have a high pain threshold and continued working and getting on with life as normal, gradually as time went on my wrist was getting weaker and my arm became more painful until last Monday I went to A & E and had an xray which confirmed I have a broken radius.

I have another appt at Orthopedics this Wednesday and will know more then about what I can/ can't do and how long for.

If you don't mind postponing/ rescheduling your appts for a week or two after they are due please message me on 07706 153572 ( Ive temporarily shut off my booking system throughout July to prevent more bookings) and I will do my best to get you sorted.

I appreciate all your patience and understanding that I don't 100% know when I will back to normal & that appts may take longer than usual.
