After a pedicure, it’s important to file your toenails every 2 weeks to maintain a safe length.
Use a 180-grit nail file and gently file the free edge.
Don’t worry — this won’t affect your gel polish, and it will stay just as well as before.
A safe toenail length is when the free edge of the nail does not extend past the tip of the toe. This helps protect the nails inside shoes from unnecessary pressure, friction, and other physical stress while walking.
