I completely understand that sometimes things come up and appointments can’t go ahead as planned. However, when an appointment is cancelled last minute or you don’t show, that time has been set aside especially for you and unfortunately I’m unable to fill that space at such short notice. As this is my job and my income, I really appreciate your understanding and respect for my policies. They are in place to protect my business and allow me to continue doing what I love 🤍
