So… apparently Alex has now been at Beauty By Louise for 4 years… if you ask her, she’ll make sure you know that too! 😂 Honestly, it doesn’t feel that long… probably because I was off on maternity leave for half of it! 🤷🏼‍♀️🤣

What started as hiring a beauty therapist somehow turned into gaining a salon manager, barista, cleaner, laundrette, personal shopper, assistant, work husband & therapist (for me 😂)

She’s the one that keeps the salon running, remembers everything I forget, deals with my last-minute ideas, puts up with my chaos, and still manages to make everyone laugh. I genuinely don’t know what I’d do without her.
