Guys can I make it clear it is appointment booking.
I dont mind squeezing walkin in when am free but say for instance I've no1 booked in till 9:30/10am. Then am not rushing to work unless anyone phones etc or if I've half hour free in the day I may pop out to do banking or appointment if needed, etc so please try calling first. I am only 5 minute drive away to get you in asap.
Its the perks of appointment booking
