So just an update from Hayley some of you may be aware we have had to change the brand we use as this has unfortunately been discontinued in our area there’s no way of us sourcing it from anywhere else so unfortunately there is going to have to be an increase in prices on most colour services please message me directly to ask any question

Also moving forward any cancellations or changes made less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a 50 percent charge of service prior to your next appointment I do understand that things come up and illnesses happen but this week has been extremely bad for this and this is my only source of income I’m self employed with 3 children that I have to schedule my life around it’s difficult enough for me to juggle and provide for them with out now a huge loss in wages this week

This is not aimed at anybody specifically and no offence it intended I just cannot carry on in this situation anymore I always try my hardest to accommodate everyone

I realy do appriciate and respect all my clients for there custom and loyalty over the past 24years
