So yesterday I had something happen that’s never happened before!

My client came in and told me to do what I wanted on her… so we went with a wispy Russian look and look how stunning these are!!!

Using lengths 10-14mm for the fans and lengths 13-17mm for the spikes and they turned out perfect🤩
