Elm Tree Aesthetics Limited is based within WE1 Studios, a historic building in Grimsby, close to the town centre with links to the A180. Our location was chosen due to it having undergone a full refurbishment, with outstanding cleanliness and professionalism at the heart. It provides our clients with the ultimate discretion due to its own secure gated carpark, CCTV and a private waiting area; with access to a superior coffee whilst you wait. Moreover, we fully understand the importance of being able to have your treatment and leave the premises encountering the fewest number of people as possible. Therefore, we avoided the town centre or a busy high-street and chose a location that had a very small number of visitors. We know waiting areas in aesthetics or salons can become a crowded place, which can be awkward, but this doesn’t happen at Elm. You may, if you arrive early to your appointment, be given your paperwork to complete in our own waiting area; if you are happy to do so. We try to avoid having clients sat outside with numbing cream on as we find this practice unprofessional. We can also guarantee if you ever see this at Elm, it's down to that client either being a model or one who has requested an express appointment beforehand. Additionally, payment and aftercare instructions are always delivered in our private clinic room, which ensures the ultimate privacy for our clients. Elm and its medical practitioners have a duty to strictly protect and maintain client confidentiality in all medical records, including photographs. Photographs are mandatory before and after treatment for insurance purposes. We would like to assure all our clients that the use of any images, on our social media sites or our Google page, has been authorised for use beforehand with written consent. Our clients' images are never inadvertently shared whether in clinic or online as we take your privacy and emotional and mental wellbeing seriously. If at any time you would like to withdraw your image, you can do so through sending us a message and the images will be removed immediately with no questions asked. Be assured that Elm is a professional clinic, that follows GDPR rules seriously, and looks after you from the moment you enquire to well beyond your treatment with us.

Our client had 3ml in total: 0.6ml in the lips, 0.4ml to support the corners of the mouth, and 1ml per side in the midface.
By restoring volume with filler, Sarda has lifted and supported the cheek area. You can see the midface looks less tired and the fuller cheek has softened the nose-to-mouth lines without ever filling the lines directly. It creates that subtle, lifted structure.
The small amount in the oral commissures has helped to lift the downturn that can make us look tired or a little sad even when we're not. Combined with 0.6ml in the lips themselves, her mouth now looks hydrated, softly defined, in proportion with her face and in keeping with her age.

Our client wanted to look less sad and 'jowly' and asked if we could help 🙏
After her assessment we found she has moderate lower facial skin laxity with volume deficit in the pre-jowl sulcus and marionette region (corners of the mouth).
Sarda treated her with 2ml of Teoxane filler, placed subdermally around the chin and pre-jowl hollow to restore structural support, improve skin thickness and create a smoother jawline.
Her results are a softening of the marionette shadows, improved lower face support and jawline definition while maintaining a natural expression.

What happens when we frown?😣
We frown consciously and subconsciously to convey emotion. This motion creates the lines we see between our brows that are often referred to as angry lines.
Two of the largest muscles we use to frown are the procerus which pulls the brows down and the corrugator muscles which pull the brows together.
As you can see on these images, relaxing these muscles can soften the lines and leave a fresher appearance 🙂
