Our Deep Tissue Massage uses a firm pressure to target specific aches and pains. (As well as reducing stress!)

Our Sports Massage helps to reduce fatigue, alleviate swelling, reduce muscle tension, promote flexibility, prevent injuries as well as helping athletes to prepare for optimal performance.

Join Louise for our Ladies that Lift or Stretch & Mobility Class on Saturday 16th September for World Wellness Weekend.

Ladies that Lift is a weight lifting class for complete beginners and ideal for pre-menopausal or ladies already in the menopause.

Stretch & Mobility is the perfect combination of strength, flexibility and stability as we bridge the gap between fitness and yoga - it allows your body the release from the day-to-day and sitting at your desk for long periods of time. Louise will be having a Q&A following the session to help you with any specific injury issues.
