Remedy Me

Sometimes the hardest decisions are the right ones 😥...As September draws closer, I have made the very difficult choice to hold back on opening up Remedy Me for now. For us as a family, operating from home is not ideal for my husband's health whilst Covid is still around and therefore he has very kindly started work on a self contained salon for me in our garden. It will be everything I've ever wanted for the business but at the cost of having to patiently wait to get back to what I love doing. I know it will be worth the wait though! So far the work has involved a lot of ground work with the help of a digger and wheelbarrowing out a ton of dirt. Last week Mark laid the drains for all the plumbing and a WC and today he is installing the electrical supply. There is obviously a lot to do but I will keep you posted with updates along the way. On Thursday, you may have seen that the government is allowing the beauty industry to reopen from tomorrow, although no treatments on the face for the time being. This is of course an exciting step forward after months of being closed but as I mentioned before, my husband is shielding until August and with the added pressure of having 4 children in the house, I don't feel it is the right time for us as a family to open just yet. I will keep reviewing the situation and providing it keeps improving I will look to reopen when it is safe to do so but sadly and realistically speaking this may not be till September when the children are back at school. For now, I am using the time to get all things COVID ready for when I do reopen.Thank you for your continued patience and understanding. T # # #

Hey! So I've been pretty quiet since lockdown 🙈. Busy homeschooling 😱, readjusting to the new norm & getting through this crazy time!

Unfortunately, as you may be aware the beauty industry has not yet been allowed to reopen. Our industry contines to communicate with the government to attempt to find a timeline & schedule for our industries safe reopening & fingers crossed we won't need to wait much longer... here's hoping anyway! 🤞

As I work from home, we have the added hurdle of my husband being a shielder & I have no idea how this will affect things but as soon as I get a clearer picture I will be sure to let you know. Many of you have messaged to ask how I am & express how much they're missing their regular treatments. Some even offering to pay in advance, not knowing when this will be! I can't tell you how much this means to me, I'm definitely feeling the love ❤️ You are not just clients, many of you have become friends & I miss you all terribly & can't wait to get back to pampering everyone!
