Over a very short period of time, our business has received a sudden wave of one-star reviews from multiple accounts posted within the same hours, none of which contain feedback, details of services, or evidence of a genuine customer experience. Among these accounts is one linked to Mr. Dumitru Tudor-Marius, alongside several other profiles displaying similar timing and patterns.

This behavior strongly suggests a coordinated attempt to harm our business reputation rather than authentic customer feedback. We take all real reviews seriously and always encourage honest, constructive opinions from verified clients. However, targeted review attacks and repeated submissions that do not reflect actual visits cross the line into harassment.

We are currently documenting this activity and have reported it through the appropriate channels. We remain committed to transparency, professionalism, and providing high-quality services to our genuine clients.

I am making this statement to address ongoing harassment directed at me and my business by Mr. Dumitru Tudor-Marius.

This behavior appears to be related to his refusal to accept the end of a personal relationship with Catalina, who is my work colleague.

I want to be very clear: any personal matters between third parties have no connection to my professional activity or my business, and any form of intimidation, harassment, or interference is unacceptable.

I ask that this behavior stop immediately. My priority is to maintain a safe, respectful, and professional environment for myself, my colleagues, and my clients.
