They’re there for a reason, and unfortunately they’re starting to slip again, so I’d really appreciate everyone taking a moment to read through them and make sure you’re aware of the terms.

Please remember that these policies apply to everybody — friends and family included. I completely understand that things happen, but the policies have to be applied fairly and consistently to everyone.

I've waited as long as I possibly could to do this, but due to a rise in costs for products and supplies, there will be a small price increase on some of my treatments.
This change will come into effect from April, and will help ensure I can continue providing the high-quality products, treatments, and service that you all deserve.

Quality matters but aftercare matters too!

I only work with top quality, professional products to give you beautiful lashes while protecting the health of your natural lashes and eyes.
However, even the best products can only do so much. Proper aftercare between appointments is ESSENTIAL.

✔️ Clean your lashes regularly with lash-safe cleanser
✔️ Avoid rubbing, pulling or touching the lashes
✔️ Skip oil-based products around your eyes
✔️ Brush gently with a clean spoolie (new ones given at every appointment)
✔️ Schedule your infills between 2-3 weeks to avoid too much growth/loss.

Proper aftercare helps prevent irritation, infection, premature shedding and damage to your natural lashes.

Treat your lashes with love between appointments and they'll love you right back! 💕

As we move into the festive period, and as the cancellations have started creeping in, I just wanted to remind everyone of my booking/cancellation policy.
My diary until the New Year is pretty much full, so if you cancel between now and then, it's very unlikely that we will manage to get you booked back in so please only cancel if it's absolutely necessary.
