Some of you may have seen the impending price increase -all Nail Technicians are banding together for a fair wage. I support this and i will be reviewing my prices at some point BUT I wanted to reach out to clients when choosing a Nail Tech….
I know some want to be in and out and some prefer that luxury experience and time taken, it’s not just a nail appointment sometimes it’s a catch up and a therapy session too ❤️
SO don’t just look at the price, look at the whole picture, how long does the service take - are you paying £30-40 for one hour or two, or more?
The Nail Techs prices will be reflected accordingly and remember when setting your expectations of price, add in the Nail Techs experience, qualifications, location, and their own overheads before thinking ‘they’re too expensive’.
Look at the service as a whole, whatever you may choose, like are they doing extensive cuticle work- or correcting that hooked nail, are they giving you 3 hours of their time when doing all that hand painted art or those popular baby boomers/ombré/french

Don’t just look at price, look at your nail tech, their colour selection and everything they’ve invested in to give you so much choice and variety and most importantly their time and expertise and so much more ❤️

So, I set myself a little target TO TAKE MORE PHOTOS OF MY WORK 👀😵‍💫.
Well, this Pedicure was my 4th treatment for 2024.

I am so bad at remembering to take pictures of anything but my children 🤣.
Pedicure using CJP Nail Systems.

This is not my usual post, but I think it's important for clients to know. Because Gel polish is my most popular treatment.

These pictures are of my natural nails. I've been a biter and a picker of my skin 😶. I know, it's gross 🫥. However, I no longer do this, because I want my nails to last.

I have worn Gel polish on my nails almost everyday since I qualified (Almost 5 years ago)

I do the same to my nails which I do to yours, from start to finish. I wanted to show you what happens when you take care of your hands, don't use your nails as tools and don't pick your gels off. You know who you are 👀🤣.

But just look how long my nails are, I've filed them down because I fancied some shorter nails.

💫Please don't pick your nails, I will remove them for you or infill for free if you are due a new set.

💫Please oil, or cream your hands/ feet daily. (I will be retailing cuticle oil pens in the near future, so keep a look out for those)

💫 Avoid water on your nails for 1 hour after the service, wear gloves when washing up or using harsh chemicals.

💫And please message me if you are having an issue with your nails. We will sort it.

The integrity of your nails are so important. Cracked, dry and flaky nails can lead to a multitude of problems, from infections to allergies. It also hinders the longevity of the gels lasting. I don't want that for you.
