PDO threads aren't just for jowls and the lower face.

Here I'm using them around the eye and brow to add support and give a little lift through an area that can start to feel heavier as we age.

I particularly like this treatment for clients who want to keep movement through the brow, rather than relying solely on anti wrinkle treatment. It can also work really nicely alongside anti wrinkle when we want to address both muscle movement and support.

For someone starting to notice heaviness around the brow and upper eyelid, adding that support can help open up the eye area without trying to pull everything tight.

And of course, there's the collagen benefit too. As the threads gradually dissolve, they encourage your own collagen around the area.

It's another one of those treatments where it's not about doing more. It's about choosing the right treatment for what's actually changing.

Lip filler isn't always about creating a completely different lip.

Here we've added volume and definition, particularly through the upper lip, while keeping her natural shape.

She still has her lips. Just a little more of them.

That's how I approach lip filler. I don't have one shape, technique or amount that I use on everyone. I look at what's already there and what the client actually wants.

I’ve had VI Peel in clinic for a long time. I’ve just never really shouted about it.

And actually, I should.

Autumn is a great time to start working on the things summer tends to leave behind.

Pigmentation, uneven tone, texture, dull skin and all those little signs of ageing that suddenly seem more noticeable.

I keep VI simple. Three options, depending on what your skin actually needs.

Original for tone, texture and an overall skin reset.

Advanced when we’re focusing more on ageing skin, fine lines, elasticity and collagen.

Precision & Peptides for pigmentation and more intensive skin rejuvenation.

These are proper peels. You will peel 😂 and your home care kit is included, so you know exactly what to use afterwards.

Treatments from £250.

And I'm going to put my own skin through it too, so I'll show you the whole process.

Peeling face included 😂

More than a filler.

I'm really loving Radiesse at the moment. 🖤

As we age, it's not always about needing more volume. We lose support, skin quality changes and our collagen production slows down.

That's where Radiesse comes in.

It can give some immediate support, but for me the real magic is what happens afterwards. It stimulates your own collagen, so the result continues to develop over time.

We're not trying to change your face or make you look “done”.

Just restore a little of what's been lost and let your own skin do some of the work.

Apparently this is what I need to do my job… 😂

The tools, the treatments, the clinic.
And me. 🖤

Simple really.

October. Restore & Rebuild. 🍂

Autumn is one of my favourite times in clinic.

Not because everyone suddenly needs a completely new face after summer but because it’s a really good time to start looking at what the skin and face actually need.

For some people that’s rebuilding collagen and improving skin quality with RF microneedling, Radiesse or polynucleotides.

For others it’s restoring support that’s been lost over time with carefully placed filler, or working on laxity with HIFU or PDO threads.

And quite often, the best plan is a combination.

October at Venom is going to be about repairing, rebuilding and restoring not chasing every line, but looking at the bigger picture and choosing treatments for a reason.

Better skin. Better support. Natural results.

And ultimately, a little more confidence.

Welcome to the October Venom Edit.

What actually goes into an RF microneedling treatment?

Probably more than you realise.

The machine is obviously a big part of it, but it’s not the whole treatment. These are just some of the products I use alongside RF in clinic.

What I use depends on your skin, what bothers you and what we’re trying to achieve.

Ageing skin, scarring, pores, texture, laxity… I’m not going to treat them all in exactly the same way.

And this is the bit you don't normally see.

You see the RF machine doing its thing, but behind that I've already decided what I'm using, the areas I'm concentrating on and how I'm going to approach your skin.

I like every part of a treatment to have a reason behind it. I don’t just follow the same protocol for every face.

Same treatment. Different skin. Different plan.

This is immediately after Radiesse to the neck.

You can already see a difference in the texture and those horizontal lines, but this is only the starting point.

Radiesse is one of my favourite treatments for the neck because we're not just looking at what happens on the day.
It works as a biostimulator, encouraging collagen production, so the skin continues to improve over the following weeks and months.

And yes, you can see a little bruise and some redness in the after photo.

That's real skin immediately after treatment, I'm not going to edit it out and pretend redness or bruises don't happen.

Immediate improvement. Then we let the skin do the rest.

Before I recommend anything, I want to know what actually bothers you.

Not what Instagram says you should fix. Not what your friend has had done. You.

We’ll talk about what you’d like to improve, what I think will genuinely make a difference, your budget and what’s realistic.

Sometimes that means one treatment.
Sometimes it means a plan over time. And sometimes I’ll tell you I don’t think you need anything at all.

A consultation isn’t a sales pitch. It’s where we work out what makes sense for your face, your skin and you.

No pressure. No one-size-fits-all.

Not everything I inject is about changing your face.

Skin boosters are exactly that — for the skin.

I'm not adding cheekbones, changing your profile or creating volume. I'm looking at the quality of the skin itself.

Hydration, texture, fine lines, that slightly tired or crepey look, sometimes the skin just needs some help.

I use different products depending on the skin in front of me and what we're actually trying to improve. Because, as always, one treatment doesn't suit everyone.

For me, good skin is the foundation of everything else.

And sometimes that's all we need to work on. 🖤
