She came to me with previous SPMU brows done elsewhere, with some unwanted red pigment and old pigment sitting slightly outside her desired brow shape.

But with the right approach, we were able to cover the old pigment beautifully and create a fresh, defined set of ombré brows 🤎✨

This is immediately after the first session, so they can look a little bolder at first. As they heal, they typically fade by 30–50%, leaving a much softer, more natural result. The 6–8 week perfecting session then reinforces the pigment and perfects the final look.

Hi, I’m Natalie, the face behind Browhemia, based at Katie’s Place in Hailsham! 🤎

I’ve been in the beauty industry for 8 years, starting out in wedding hair and makeup before discovering my love for microblading after having my own brows done. Since then, I’ve trained in combination brows, ombré brows and lip blush, and I absolutely love helping clients feel confident and beautiful.

But I’m not just about SPMU! I also offer lash lifts & tints, brow lamination and regular brow tints & tidies. So whether you’re looking for a brow transformation or a little beauty refresh, I’ve got you covered.

A little bit about me outside of work… I’m a busy mum of two with a super supportive husband and two crazy dogs! 🐾 I love reading, baking and cosy autumn evenings, so I’m very happy the weather is starting to turn.

Yearly ombré brow top-up 🤎

This client returned for her yearly top-up after 15 months, and this is exactly the level of fading I love to see.

Ombré brows are designed to soften and fade over time, leaving the skin ready for a fresh layer of pigment without over-saturating it.

✨ Why this level of fade is ideal:
• Allows more pigment to be implanted during your top-up.
• Helps prevent over-saturation and the brows becoming too dense.
• Maintains a soft, natural-looking result.
• Avoids needing excessive work or an additional session to achieve the desired colour.

The aim is to refresh your brows, not start from scratch. When your pigment has faded to this level, we can beautifully build on the work already there.
