Hepatitis often shows no symptoms, which means many people are unaware they are affected until it causes serious liver damage. This World Hepatitis Day, we’re reminding patients that hepatitis is preventable and treatable.

Our clinically led team provides round‑the‑clock support for:

We aim to be with you within 1 hour.

💼 How to access the service:
• Subscription: £29 per person, per month
• Ad‑hoc call‑outs: £120 (08:00–20:00) / £150 (20:00–08:00)

We will not attend incidents involving:
• Suspected/confirmed fractures

• Any life‑threatening or time‑critical condition

If our responders assess that the situation is more serious than reported, we will:
• Immediately escalate to 999
• Provide emergency care until statutory services arrive
