IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT FOR ALL OUR LOVELY CLIENTS

As most of you may know by now, Wendy will be retiring on 19th March, and we have therefore jointly taken the decision to close the Salon on this date, as Tracy is currently in hospital, and we are unaware of when she will be able to return to work.

The Salon will be put up for sale on 14th February.

URGENT MESSAGE FOR ALL TRACY’S CUSTOMERS

Hi, hopefully I have managed to contact everybody by now that has appointments booked with Tracy over the next few weeks. However, if I have missed anyone, please accept my apologies.

Tracy is currently in hospital, and is likely to be there for the next 3 weeks, and we are unsure when she will be able to return to work after that. Unfortunately, Wendy is unable to take on anymore clients, and therefore it maybe necessary for you to make alternative arrangements for your hair appointments.

My lovely Dad passed away on Sunday Evening, after a long journey with dementia. Thank you to everyone who has supported me, and shown me such love and kindness over the years.

Thank you also for your understanding and patience as for many of you I have had to cancel or change your appointments at short notice, and I may have to continue to do this over the coming weeks.

Well that’s 2023 finished, and it’s been a tough one for a lot of us, in one way or another. But together, we’ve laughed and cried our way through it!

Initial meeting and greeting of clients
Booking appointments / telephone answering
General cleaning duties / towel & gown washing
Hair shampooing and conditioning treatments
Updating customer information
Assisting Hair stylists
Providing refreshments
Stock control

Cleaner Required

Must be able to complete full Salon clean on either Sunday or Monday each week.

This is a busy Salon, and the Salon needs to be cleaned to a high standard in preparation for the week ahead.

References are required.
