📋 A FEW IMPORTANT REMINDERS FOR OUR CLINIC PARTNERS 📋

To keep our clinic days running smoothly, safely and in line with clinical governance — here’s a quick refresher on our terms when booking Nurse Lee for prescribing:

💉 No remote prescribing for injectable treatments — every patient must be seen face-to-face. No shortcuts, no exceptions.

📝 Patient lists must be received at least 24 hours before your appointment. Lists received late will result in automatic cancellation.

✅ The emailed form must be fully completed. This isn’t paperwork for the sake of it — it contains the legal information required to issue a prescription.

💊 All prescriptions go direct to pharmacy. We don’t accept prescription requests via Faces — this keeps clinical governance clear and accountable.

💳 A £25 booking fee is required to secure your slot. Fully refunded on the evening, provided T&Cs have been met.

👥 A minimum patient number is agreed in advance between Nurse Lee and the practitioner, to make sure clinic days are viable for everyone.
