It’s honestly getting SO hard not being able to share any cheeky snaps of the new clinic just yet!!!

But don’t worry, Contour Clinical’s doors are very close to opening once again.
So whilst the last finishing touches get finished - here’s my manifest-ature from ChatGPT to help ease your agonising wait 😉

I really cannot wait to see your beautiful faces again and wanted to take the time to thank EVERY, SINGLE PERSON who’s supported my “little business” along the way.

I’m not just talking about my beloved patients either. Whether you’ve dropped a like, or a comment, maybe you’ve saved or shared my posts, or perhaps you’ve already reached out for advice on a particular treatment.

Either way, it’s these little daily reminders that help me stay grounded and grateful.
I cannot tell you how many times I’ve been so close to throwing the towel in - only to get a text from a Day One patient needing my skills to help get them feeling ‘back on track’ with their face or body issue.

So to each and every one of you, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts 💚

A “WORD” SOOOOOO AGGRESSIVELY FEARED….

My Year 5 English teacher actually sang the spelling to me, hoping my classmates wouldn’t overhear.

This wasn’t just me fluffing the words…This was me literally unable to force my brain any harder to make it form the sounds…

BUT WHY, WTAF?

WHY NOW? After travelling 120 miles to document & share the most important message of my life ⏳
Why could I not say THIS ONE THING on camera?
Why, because the STIGMA got me…

The FEAR CULTURE surrounding mental health ALONE might be enough to explain, why my son has never met his Grandad Craig - who committed su***de at 25, some thirty years ago…

But it doesn’t help Casen, 31 months today, understand why he’ll not meet his second cousin Ricky (2021), his great-uncle Nik (2022), nor his families’ dear friend Mike (2024).

I know I risk upsetting relatives by “drudging up the past”, but I feel I must point out that the latter 3, Halifax-born males were:
>all under 50;
>un-related directly, if at all;
>all had at least heard of Andy’s Man Club.

I know there’s no ‘type” but…

MAKE IT MAKE SENSE??? What are we missing here?

‘Cause what is abundantly clear to me, is that if MORE people KNEW about & they also SPOKE about GOING to Andys Man Club…

Then more families WORLDWIDE could be spared the wounds left behind, after YET ANOTHER loved-one takes their own life in crisis.
