The wellness industry is about to change…
For years wellness focused on;
* weight loss
* anti-ageing
* skincare
* aesthetics
* supplements and devices
But the conversation is shifting!
The next decade of wellness will focus on inflammation. Because inflammation sits behind
^ fatigue
^ bloating
^ hormonal disruption
^ slow recovery
^ accelerated ageing
We are becoming more educated, asking deeper questions:
Why do I feel like this?
Why am I inflamed?
Why am I retaining fluid?
Why is my mind foggy?
Why does my body feel heavier?
This is where the lymphatic system enters the conversation. For decades it has been one of the most overlooked systems in the body. Wellness Is evolving, flow is the future 🩵

Your lymphatic system moves around 2-3 litres of fluid every single day. That’s a lot happening quietly every day. When it slows down your body really feels it.
Opening the lymph nodes at the start of a lymphatic drainage massage is important because it creates space for fluid to move.
The lymphatic system doesn’t have a central pump like the heart, so it relies on gentle stimulation and clear pathways. By activating key nodes first (like those in the neck, armpits, and groin), we help direct stagnant lymph fluid toward areas where it can be filtered and eliminated.
Without this step, we are essentially pushing fluid into a system that isn’t ready to receive it, which can limit the effectiveness of the treatment and even cause temporary congestion.

The most asked question:
What is the difference between Wood Therapy and Lymphatic Drainage Massage?
The two are not the same!!!
• Wood Therapy is for body sculpting, breaking down fat, stimulating circulation, and shaping the figure. It works deeper in the tissue - focusing on the muscles, fascia, and fat layers. Yes, it can support lymph flow, but that’s not its main job.
• Lymphatic Drainage is a gentle, highly specific technique that uses light pressure and directional movements to encourage the movement of lymph. It targets the immune and detox systems — helping reduce swelling, inflammation, and fluid retention.
The sculpted look? That’s just a bonus!

My client came to me around 9 months ago with concerns over her legs. Been on her feet all day and playing regular football she suffered with lots of swelling and fluid retention both front and back which also affected the appearance and her confidence.
After doing a thorough consultation we both decided that wood therapy would be the best option. Not only does this treatment aid lymphatic drainage it also breaks down fat, reduces the appearance of cellulite and smoothes the skin.
These photos were taken by my client and sent to me. The first picture was before any treatment was carried out (around 9 months ago) the second picture is taken after her first treatment, and the third picture was taken only last month. My client has been seeing me on a regular basis (every 6-8 weeks) and has been following the pre and post advice given to her.
Wow what a difference 🤩 as you can see the skin looks firmer and smoother, fluid retention around the knee has gone and the puffiness in the legs has reduced. It’s important to know her weight hasn’t changed in this time it’s purely down to massages.
Love receiving feedback like this… the results speak for themselves
Anyone else feeling the heat 🥵

Did you know?
Your face has its own lymphatic system, and when lymph flow slows down, it can contribute to puffiness, especially around the eyes, cheeks, and jawline.
A gentle lymphatic drainage facial massage can help encourage the natural movement of lymphatic fluid, leaving your skin looking refreshed, reducing temporary puffiness, and promoting a healthy glow. 💆♀️
Not only is it relaxing, but it’s also a way to support your skin’s natural processes and take a few moments for self-care.
Ready to experience the benefits for yourself? Book your lymphatic facial massage today and leave feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and glowing from the inside out.

My experience with lymphatic facial drainage…
The treatment is sooo relaxing yet still feels like something is been done. It’s not like any other facial I have had before. It’s a full treatment of massage and even though the pressure is light, you can feel things move underneath the skin.
After the treatment I felt a little “bunged up” like I had a cold, and was blowing my nose for around 8 hours after. I slept like a baby that night and the next day I felt great. No headache, was no longer bunged up and felt all the toxins had disappeared!
These photos show my skin prior to the facial and then the morning after. As you can see my skin looks smoother and brighter, my under eye area looks more radiant. My brows look more defined, my jaw looks more contoured and the lines around my lips are smoother.
6 weeks on and my skin still looks and feels smooth and radiant, I have had no puffiness when I wake up and my dark circles have gone. This has to be my new favourite treatment with long lasting results.
Lymphatic drainage facial is £80.
