STRENGTH PILATES - COMING SOON TO RIPPONDEN
Improving our muscle and joint strength is key for living a healthier, more independent life.
I know many feel daunted stepping into a gym or strength class with the fear of uncertainty.
You may feel that strength training is for ‘the young ones’ or ‘it’s too late’ - FALSE!
It is never too late to improve muscular strength and believe me, strength training doesn’t have to be about ‘getting bulky’ either!
Strength training helps to improve muscle density and bone mass, which in turn keeps us doing the things we love - for longer.
It helps to improve metabolism and our mood!
I would like to introduce you to my Strength Pilates programme held at the wonderful HT Fitness studio, coming Monday 11th May at 7:30pm.
This class will be a safe and effective introduction to using weights within our exercise routines, designed for all levels and abilities, all ages (16+) and genders.
Using the principles of Pilates, I’d like to help you learn all about the core and guide you through simple exercises to strengthen the muscles within and all over the body, leaving you feeling stronger and more energised, whilst improving mobility, flexibility and balance.

*the programme will be run on a block basis as from June, which you can book in advance

As from May 6th I shall be teaching 2 Pilates Reformer classes on a Tuesday -
5:30pm/6:30pm
