Just like this little lady better late than never.

This suprise little lady arrived at over 41 weeks 🥰
My super quickest delivery with phoning the birth centre she was in my arms within the hour baby.

At 41 weeks a feeling of something not been 'right' during labour hadn't shifted (I'd had a gut/mothers feeling from very early pregnancy) so opted for birth centre not a home birth. Thankfully everything was perfect however that feeling was little miss coming earth side with her hand ✊️ against he face... a firm favourite place where it still stays 🙈

Feeding can be a challenge with a ni**le, mouth and a fist fight 😂 despite a tounge tie (which has been released) she's gaining weight amazinging (not lost a single oz)

Umbilical Cord Ties by Heartstrings created our tie that also has name inspiration and gender reveal a foxglove for Ffion 🫶 and a Rowan leaf and berries we won't be using 💙

Both amazing businesses, that really did personalise my requests with quick delivery too x

As maternity leave is just around the corner I want to thank you all for the past 10 months worth of Tiny Toes baby massage and reflexology classes 👣

You've welcomed me back not only to a new venue Sunny Gym Soft Play & Party Centre Catherine and her team have been warm and friendly but you've also welcomed Vincent to our sessions 🥰 as a working breast feeding mum it really has meant to world to me.

It's been a pleasure to see new faces and returning faces 😊 and of course you tiny babies.

As I start to wind down... as much as one can with a very active 20 month old and 2 older monkeys I look forward to restarting the classes in the new year 🎆

👨🏽 👩🏾 I'm often asked if "my partner can attend too"

The answer is yes and no.

Yes- as long as there is room, I want partners to be involved as much as possible and are often unfortunately left out of the new born weeks for one reason or another. Massage and reflexology certainly helps them to build on their bonds with each other.

However

No- if the class is full. Only because my classes have always been roomy and small numbers, and too many people can feel very over whelming for everyone. No one really likes sitting giving their baby all the attention whilst their knees are touching another adult.

In short if your partner is able to attend one/all sessions please do ask and il let you know before we're due to start or alternatively if it is full then let your partner come instead 😊

These blankets are not only beautifully made, the colour range is what seems no limit ❤️🩷🧡💛💚💙🩵

I've used them in my classes for over 4 may be even be 5 years 😊 I have pop them in the dryer (not recommended) so aren't as fluffy as they once were.

Week 2 ✅️

We've learnt a 'short' & 'long' body massage routine from the top of the head to the tip of the toes and some essential digestion.

This enables our parent to choose the correct routine with a suitable time frame for their babies attention span, as we know some times we want to achieve that bliss full bedtime routine of a bath, feed and massage and our little ones have other ideas.

This enables our parents to confidently adapt the routines suitable for their baby for that moment in time, helping to strengthen their bond of communicating between each other.

We've also learn to extend the body massage into a more fuller routine massage 💆‍♀️ 💆‍♂️

And also 2 reflexology routines to help aid
😴 💤 sleep and relaxation and

With returning this week from last week's routine of 💩 constipation, colic trapped gas parents report of having a more settled, comfortable baby, gas 'escaping' easier and full regular nappies.
