🤗 Gary Hetherington spoke a lot about “stickability” which is a persons ability to stick at something through the good and the bad times. It really resonated for me as I feel I’ve demonstrated my own “stickability” these last few months. 🙏🏼

🤗 It’s so important to be there for your mates and that is one of the Rhino’s core beliefs - I’m totally down with that! 🙌🏻

🤗 If you have followed me for a while you’ll remember this from ‘winter’ 2022-23, launching a little bit early as I will be on my hols on 1st October 🤗

🕰️ The clocks going back signify the arrival of the darker months, whilst there is much sparkle and celebration during this time I understand that for some it is the most difficult time of the year 😔

🙏🏼 With that in mind, each month during British Winter Time I will be offering a FREE one hour well-being treatment at Hebask 🙏🏼

🤗 The treatment can be of the winners choosing and the only ‘rule’ is that the treatment must be taken before the clocks return to Summertime mode on 31st March 2024 🤗

🌟 TO ENTER, tag the person you’d like to receive a FREE one hour well-being treatment in the comments. There is no limit to how many times a person can be entered - so if you see their name already tagged, feel free to tag them again as that gains them another entry! 🌟
