In respect of the changes we’re expecting on Monday next week, we will continue as we have been during the last 12 months, we’ll be wearing masks at all times and asking all guests to do so too.
We’ll also be continuing with sanitising all surfaces and extended appointment times.
This seems to us the most logical way forward and out of this situation, we hope you’ll agree.

Just a quick note to say that we’ve successfully worked though all appointments that were booked from January 5th through to today, if you had an appointment booked during this period and have not been contact then please get in touch through Facebook messenger or ring and leave a message.

If you didn’t rebook for the new year then please get in touch so that we can find you an appointment at the earliest convenience.

We’ve not been active on here as there’s been nothing to say... until now!

We’ll be reopening in accordance with government guidelines on 12th April 2021.

This is the best case scenario we could’ve hoped for under the circumstances.

We’ll be in touch as normal in these circumstances so rest assured, you’ll be contacted in due course.

Once again we’re desperately sorry to say that we’ll be closed for the foreseeable future, it sounds like it’s going to be at least until the middle of next month.

As per “usual” we’ll reopen at the earliest opportunity and use the same procedure as previous, in that the first clients that have missed out this week will be offered the first appointments when we reopen. Once again, we’ll be bending over backwards to get everybody in ASAP!

As with the announcement last night, we’ll be re-opening on Wednesday 2nd December.

Whilst we will all be working more days/longer hours etc... we do have appointments already booked for Christmas since before lockdown began, whilst this significantly reduces availability for those that missed their slot through November, we will endeavour to meet everybody’s needs so if you haven’t been contacted yet, please be patient and we’ll get to you.

Rest assured, we will continue to provide a very safe, socially distanced environment when we return.

Ever get that feeling of deja vu? In keeping with government guidelines, we’ll be closing again on Wednesday evening.

We are all doing more hours to at least try and make sure everybody thats booked in this week beyond Wednesday gets taken care of.

We’ve got everything crossed for an early December return at which point there’ll be a Herculean effort to catch up within the three weeks before Christmas.

We’ve been very quiet on Facebook of late as we’ve all been very busy. In light of last nights’ announcement for Calderdale, we’d like to stress that we’ll remain open until told otherwise (we feel we’ve said that before) and that we’ll be as vigilant as ever within the salon to keep it from our door. Hi everyone, firstly, we’d like to thank everybody for their patience during the last 3 months but particularly, the last week or so. We’ve had some fantastically positive conversations whilst catching up, people’s kind words have been truly supportive of our latest challenge.

We’ve managed to book in the vast majority of clients that have had appointments missed whilst our doors have been shut, this now allows us to start the next phase of contacting clients that weren’t already booked in.

So much has changed with how we now have to operate but rest assured, when Saturday comes we’ll be ready and waiting to receive you like never before... The same, same but different. No, better!

We’re hoping to start calling clients next week, we’ll be around 3 weeks from the potential opening day by then (4th July) it’s going to be a difficult process to navigate as we’re working on calling people that were booked in on the first day of lockdown first, and then each day onwards, as you will understand, we’ll be prioritising clients that were cancelled.

Please sit tight and be patient, if you didn’t have an appointment booked, we will still be able to deal with your request as we’ve all agreed that we’ll be working as much as is needed to get through.

As you can understand, military time planning will be required when we call to make your booking, we’ll be aiming to get as much detail as possible from you in terms of what services you’ll require, this will able us to plan for all the time we’ll need to get you back to your amazing best.

There will be significant changes to how we operate, specific details of which will be given during the booking process. We’ll be extending our appointment times from 45mins to 1hr, this will allow for no cross over of clients entering and leaving, no waiting before we start and will also give us time to thoroughly clean any areas that have been used.

It’s going to be different but better, we’re very excited to be returning in our new way.

The ICU teams at Calderdale Royal Infirmary have to shower after they finish every shift.
Along with support from our trading partner Wella, we have donated 200 bottles of shampoo and conditioner to help with this process. b.safe everyone.

It is a bitter blow but it’s been confirmed by Dominic Raab this morning that we can’t reopen until 4th July.
