This is a notice I've felt I have been left with no choice but to display on my website.

The last three weeks I have said "I don't know what's up with some people" more than I ever have all my life.

I've had:
Last minute cancellations followed by passive aggressive communication because I have upheld my policy

No shows to appointments

A man who thought it was acceptable to attempt to abuse my services - 2nd incident in the last 6 months (this is what prompted the website notice)

Messages in the early hours of the morning followed by ???? because I haven't replied

I'll be honest, on Friday last week I was on the Indeed site searching for jobs because I'd had enough. I didn't think I could carry on.

Then I sat back & thought, these instances have all happened in the last 6 months from people new to Hebask within that time period.

I have an amazingly supportive & loyal following for the five years I've been doing this & I am so grateful for those people.

It's not ok to treat small business owners in the way some people have treated me in this last 3 weeks. Why am I even posting this? Because I want to publicly inform people who think it is ok to behave like this not to visit me, and also it's not ok for you to visit anyone else either!

Thank you to everyone who visits who is kind, respectful & an all round awesome human - it is an absolute privilege to care for you 💜

📍 After reflecting on what is important to me at Hebask, given the many hats I get to wear I have decided to follow through with last year’s choice to be social media free from January 2026.

🤪 Keeping up with what the ever changing algorithm requires from me in order to just get seen on here is a full time job in itself, & I don’t have the budget to pay for somebody to manage my page - on the rare occasions I do post I want those who see it to know it is from me 💜
